Adrian Schmutzler 4932735ec0 lcd4linux: drop dependencies on ar71xx 
The ar71xx target has finally been removed in master, so drop the
dependencies in this package.

Don't remove the patch for the TEW673GRU driver, as it may come
back with ath79.
