With the recent move to using ZSTD as the default compression format
for packaging git repo clones we must refresh all of the hashes for
the packages feed as well.

PhanTap or Phantom tap is a small set of scripts that allow you to setup a network tap
that automatically impersonnate a victim device, allowing you to access internet using
the IP & MAC of the victim
