To provide data processing information for SSH access without
annoying users too much, this adds a pointer to more extensive
information to the banner displayed after login.
The referenced files then contain similar information to what
is shown in the WebUI.

The new build_script uses a bsp-style interface. Now it's possible
to work on more than one board at the same time. Just select the
selected_bsp with the build_script and start over.
