Adrian Schmutzler 0ab419885c fff-ra: remove IPv4 support of odhcpd 
We do not use the IPv4 functionality of odhcpd, but use dnsmasq
for that. Use odhcpd-ipv6only instead.

This is also the default for OpenWrt.
