The Bananapi BPi-R64 got a SATA interface which cannot be used at the
same time as the second mPCIe slot. The decission is made by hogging
GPIO 90.
Embed two addtional DT overlay blobs into the image to allow bootloader
selection of either SATA or PCIE1 feature.

MediaTek targets always use U-Boot's modern uImage.FIT format which
allows bundling several blobs into a single file including hashes,
descriptions and more. In fact, we are already using that to bundle
the Flattened Device Tree blob with the kernel on this and many
other targets.
In the same fashion, we can now make use of the newly introduced
support for building seperate ramdisk to uImage.FIT with a dedicated
initrd blob checked and loaded by U-Boot instead of embedding the
cpio archive into the kernel itself.
This allows for having larger ramdisks, choosing ramdisk compression
independently of kernel compression (while only kernel is decompressed
by the bootloader) and for more easily replacing or modifying the
filesystem contained in an initramfs image.

mt76 is a target default package for mt7622-wmac only.
mt7623 doesn't have integrated wireless support and wifi drivers for
pcie cards should be added as device specific package.
mt7629-wmac isn't supported by mt76 yet.

There is no such role as target maintainer anymore, one should always
send corresponding changes for the review and anyone from the commiters
is allowed to merge them or eventually use the hand break and NACK them.
Lets make it clear, that it is solely a community doing the maintenance
tasks.

base-files are added into subtarget directory like what's done
recently in ath79. For this subtarget, metadata checks are enforced
and a SUPPORTED_DEVICE is added to generate proper metadata.
Since we only have mt7629 support in 4.19, override KERNEL_PATCHVER
in target.mk for now.

The arm CPUs uses in the supported Mediatket SoCs have a FPU accordingly
to the datasheet, activate it also. The CPU subtype "neon-vfpv4" is
selected, but the toolcahin generated for this SoC will still be
compiled with soft float and not with the hard float ABI as we haven't
the fpu feature flag set. If this toolchain is reused by other targets
this will even affect other targets.

While researching for the armvirt target, I looked at the
existing arm platforms. It turns out that the mediatek target
with its sole MT7623N/A chip is sold as a "highly integrated
multimedia network router system-on-chip". To that end, it
lists support for the "NEON multimedia processing engine with
SIMDv2 / VFPv4 ISA support".

So this patch enables the CPU_SUBTYPE to use this information.
This should have the nice side effect that LEDE's phase2 builders
no longer need to built a separate "cortex-a7" target, so this
should free up some resources.
