wireless: remove rtl8188eu (staging) 

- depends on CFG80211 (upstream: 9da4aa48d04bbdbae3c959809e14da2bf0c53f61)
in os_dep/mon.c

This removes rtl8188eu completely from OpenWrt
since mac80211/compat-wireless/backports does not
provide staging wireless drivers
