The crude loop I wrote to come up with this changeset:
find -L package/feeds/packages/ -name patches | \
sed 's/patches$/refresh/' | sort | xargs make

Also add some valueable patches from mailing-list - upstream seems not
to care so much about, but giving them a broader audience does not hurt.
