Removed Maintainer as he is inactive. Simplified Makefile a little bit and reorganized for consistency between packages. Fixed compilation with uClibc-ng. seafile-server: release bump due to libevhtp bump Libevhtp is building a static library, used by seafile-server. Every time the libevhtp binary changes, seafile-server needs a release bump.
