gitolite: Update to 3.6.10 and switch to codeload There have been a couple of point releases, so pull in those changes. Also codeload seems to be preferred to git tarballs when using github, so switch to codeload. Finally, fix a typo in project URL. Signed-off-by: Daniel F. Dickinson <cshored@thecshore.com>

dropbear (to my knowledge).
