buildscript: Use fff OpenWrt mirror 

Use the git.freifunk-franken.de OpenWrt mirror for OpenWrt itsel and
OpenWrt feeds to reduce upstream traffic.

This is especially important since a clean build currently requires
a fresh clone of all repositories.
