Memory consumption has increased enough with OpenWrt 21.02, that devices with 32 MB memory do not work reliably anymore. It might be possible to work around the 4 MB flash limitation, but reducing memory consumption is quite a bit harder. It is very likely that this is only possible with a signifcant reduction of feature. As we do not support any devices that have enough memory but only 4 MB of flash, drop support for devices with less than 8/64 MB alltogether.
