Adrian Schmutzler 3ab75a084b Add support for TP-Link CPE210 v3 ... This device is still in PR state in OpenWrt, since ar71xx target is deprecated and thus lacking reviewers. It worked nicely for me anyway, so I include the current state of the PR (has not changed for months).
