build: remove iwinfo and libiwinfo to save space 

The iwinfo utility is not used anywhere, so it can be removed.
This saves an additional xy KiB of space in the compressed binary,
which allows building our firmware with OpenWRT 19.07.2 for
non-LZMA 4 MiB flash devices.
